Terminal 2 Operations

612-726-5742 – This number is staffed 24/7. Report all jet bridge issues, plowing/sanding requests and all after hours issues or requests directly to Terminal 2 Operations. 

ServiceTec Help Desk

1-800-641-1725 – This number is staffed 24/7. Report all issues with MAC-owned Common Use computer equipment at the ticket counters and gate podiums directly to the Help Desk.

MAC Facilities Management

612-726-5225 – The facilities management office is open Monday – Friday (0700-1630). During these hours, report all terminal and terminal system maintenance problems (bag belts, lav bay, door problems, etc.) directly to Facilities. All other days and hours report problems directly to Terminal 2 Operations (612-726-5742).

Marsden Terminal 2 Manager-on-Duty

612-968-8044 – Marsden staff is located at Terminal 2 and available 24/7. If there is no response, call Terminal 1 Marsden Manager-On-Duty at: 612-968-8041.

Terminal 2 Key Requests

All key requests for Terminal 2 employees should be sent to Kevin/Luis via email or fax (612-725-6466). Once the key has been approved and made, MAC will make arrangements to distribute the Terminal 2 keys from the MAC Administration Office located on the penthouse level of Terminal 2, Room HT-3232(A).
