Customer Service Action Council (CSAC)

The mission of CSAC is to improve the customer’s experience at MSP. Membership consists of representatives from all Metropolitan Airports Commission divisions and a broad cross-section of airport tenants.

MSP Nice Service Stars

MSP Nice Service Stars is an incentive program to encourage and reward retail and restaurant employees at MSP Airport who consistently provide customers with the best experience possible.

MSP Employee of the Year program

MSP Employee of the Year program; Airport Foundation MSP sponsors the annual “Dorothy Award” or MSP Employee of the Year program.
