Visual Paging Now Available at MSP Airport

Visual paging services are now available at MSP Airport! This is a great new service for all our customers, but more specifically for customers who are deaf or hard-of-hearing. The service is available throughout both terminals. This is how it works:

  • All overhead pages originating from the airport's Information and Paging Office (612-726-5555) are now listed, in writing, on screens located at every information booth at MSP. Customers can scroll up or down on these screens to learn whether they have been paged and when. A total of four screens worth of pages are available. Pages are deleted at midnight each day for the prior day.
  • These same pages scroll a total of 3 times across the bottom of the weather screens co-located with the flight information screens, as well as across the bottom of the baggage claim numbered flags, at the time they are being paged.

It's important to note that only pages originating from MSP Airport's Information and Paging Office are being displayed.

If you are an airport employee who makes passenger pages and you want a page to show up in these locations, you must call the Information and Paging Office at 612-726-5555. The office is open daily between the hours of 8am & 10pm, every day of the year.
