Calling all artists! It's time to register for the 5th Annual MSP Employee Art Exhibit. If you are thinking about participating in this year's event, please get your registration in by next Wednesday, October 22.
This event, co-sponsored by the Airport Foundation MSP and the National Arts Program, gives MSP Airport employees and their family members an opportunity to display their artwork to an international audience. All skill levels and ages are encouraged to participate, youth and teen entries are especially appreciated. Last year more than 100 artists submitted works of art to be displayed and judged.
Register online at www.airportfoundation.org where you'll find a link to the National Arts Program's website. Click on Create an Account at the top of the page. Once you've created an account, you will be able to register your artwork. If you've registered before, simply login using your login information.
Please note. Due to expected space constraints, this year artists are limited to submitting and displaying only ONE piece.
The employee art exhibit will be on display in the Concourse C gallery from Nov. 17, 2014 to April 16, 2015. Judges will award cash prizes up to $300 for each category.
To register online go to airportfoundation.org. Printed brochures are also available at all information booths and at the Travelers Assistance main desk at the entrance to the C and D concourses at Terminal 1-Lindbergh.
