Nordy Helps Celebrate the Minnesota Wild Restaurant Opening

Terminal 2-Humphrey passengers were greeted to furry high-fives on Wednesday, December 10, from Nordy, the Minnesota Wild mascot, who was on hand for The Minnesota Wild restaurant's grand opening. Media from all the major news channels covered the event, which featured remarks from MAC's Executive Vice President Dennis Probst, Minnesota Wild Chief Operating Officer Matt Majka, and HMS Host Senior Director of Communications and PR Sarah Cody.

"We love to have a Minnesota flavor among our concessions offerings," said Probst. "And few things say Minnesota as clearly as hockey and the Minnesota Wild."

Following the ribbon cutting, guests were treated to bite-sized brats, sliders, salads, Reuben sandwiches, flatbreads and brownies—a sampling of the restaurant's robust menu. The team has two big games coming up: Saturday they play the Coyotes at 7 p.m. and Tuesday they face the Blackhawks at 7:30 p.m. Stop in to watch the games and enjoy our new Minnesota Wild restaurant!
