Informational sessions for open Airport Fire Fighter position

The Metropolitan Airports Commission is beginning a recruitment process this week to fill one open MSP Airport Fire Fighter position and to establish a list for future openings. This is a full-time position.
Several informational sessions will take place at Fire Station #1 (6920 34TH Avenue South, Minneapolis, Minn.) this and next week to provide an overview of the position and the application process. 

 Session dates:
  • Wednesday, July 20 at 4 p.m.
  • Saturday, July 23 9 a.m.
  • Tuesday, July 26 1 p.m.

Each session will take approximately two hours. If you plan to attend a session, send your name, email address and the session date you'd like to attend to Brenda Kremer, Airport Fire Department administrative assistant, at AFD@mspmac.org. Please review the job summary, minimum and desirable requirements before signing up for a session.
Though applicants are not required to attend an information session, participants will learn about the department, application process, and gain insights into the testing interview process.
