Don't forget to stop by Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport's Night to Unite on Aug. 1! The event will take place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the upper-east mezzanine level of Terminal 1-Lindbergh.
In a traditional setting, this is a block-party in your local neighborhood usually held on the first Tuesday night in August. Because the airport does not have permanent residents, all airport employees and the traveling public are invited.
The event is sponsored by the Minnesota Crime Prevention Association, AAA of Minnesota/Iowa and local law enforcement communities. Night to Unite is designed to heighten crime and drug awareness, generate support for and participation in local anti-crime fighting programs and strengthens neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships.
