CSAC forum takes a field trip to MSP's new onsite hotel

On July 26, the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport's (MSP) Customer Service Action Council (CSAC) sponsored its second customer service forum this year, featuring a behind the scenes tour and presentation from the staff at MSP's new InterContinental Hotel.

More than 70 MSP employees attended the event and were able to witness firsthand the hotel's aviation inspired elements such as the sweeping lines on the roof, the winged porte-cochere front entrance, and original artwork throughout. Participants also witnessed the breathtaking scenery from one of the hotel's nine suites and 180 degree views of downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul from the hotel's Altitude Observation Bar. The event concluded with sample appetizers prepared by the hotel's chef followed by a customer service presentation from the hotel's general manager, Paul Ohm.
