INTERPRETER SIDA TRAINING
INTERPRETER/ASSISTED LEARNING SIDA CLASSES ARE OFFERED BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
The employee must be pre-registered with the Learn Center. To register an employee please email apdlearncenter@mspmac.org. It is the responsibility of the company to provide an interpreter and the interpreter must be a badged employee with a red AOA SIDA or yellow SIDA badge.
*The Airport Police Department provides a Sign Language Interpreter (with advance notice) for those that are hearing impaired. Employees can choose to attend a reqularly scheduled class or contact the Learn Center to schedule an appointment.
* This class is offered in the 3rd Floor Learn Center and is a computer-based class followed by an assessment. Appointments are required to reserve the interpreter area of the room and are offered at 8am and 10:30am.
