Two new restaurants now open on G Concourse

Mill City Tavern

Located just off the bustling gate G17 area and conceived by local chef and James Beard Nominee Lenny Russo, this restaurant speaks to the warmth and hospitality of the Midwest. The menu is locally sourced and seasonal. The design is subtle and sustainable. The expansive space creates a standout expression, while still offering a welcoming atmosphere. Starters include cheese and meat plates, soups and salads. Entrees include Lake trout, bone in ribeye and pan roasted Pheasant breast.

 

FlyBar

Flybar, located near gate G9, is a 10-seat gem profiling a great wine list, a selection of local beers, and craft cocktails. Rounding out the menu are fresh salads and paninis.
