Lakeside News, located pre-security near checkpoint 10, closed permanently on Oct. 2. The store is one of many spaces in Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport that will be transformed over the coming months to accommodate nearly fifty new shops and restaurants coming to the airport. Under the Minnesota Data Practices Act, the Metropolitan Airports Commission cannot release details of the new concepts until contracts are finalized.
