The D'Amico located in Terminal 1-Lindbergh permanently closed on Friday in preparation for the construction of LOLO American Kitchen & Craft Bar restaurant.
LOLO is known for it's focus on high-quality cuisine created from fresh, local ingredients. MSP's location on Concourse E is slated to open this fall.
This new concept is a part of a massive plan to update MSP, including the construction of 50 (with more to come) new restaurant and retail venues, rennovating the ticketing and bag claim areas at Terminal 1, full remodels of nearly 100 sets of restrooms, four new gates at Terminal 2-Humphrey, a luxury airport hotel, and a new 5000-space parking ramp.
