The first ever Duty Free store at MSP's Terminal 2 opened its doors last weekend. The new store carries confections, accessories, tobacco, liquor and fragrances, and will be open from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily.
This new store is one of 50 new concepts coming to MSP as a part of a massive renovation project, including updating the Ticketing and Bag Claim areas at Terminal 1, full remodels of nearly 100 sets of restrooms, four new gates at Terminal 2-Humphrey, a luxury airport hotel, and a new 5000-space parking ramp.
