Two delicious dining options at MSP recently won accolades from Airport Experience News (AXN), a leading resource of airport information that provides in-depth analysis of the airport and travel industries.
Settebello Pizzeria, located on the mall at Terminal 1, won "Best Quick Serve Restaurant Concept" in AXN's 2022 awards program large airports division. Settebello serves up fast and tasty dining options, highlighted by its offerings of Neapolitan pizza with mozzarella cheese imported from Italy.
Customers can watch their pizza bake in an 800-degree stone oven in about 90 seconds. Settebello's dining room offers a relaxing setting, and its quick-serve line can get guests to their gate in minutes.
The Blue Door Pub, located on Concourse A near Gate A1, won the "Best Local-Inspired Restaurant" in the same division.
Blue Door was already one of the Twin Cities' favorite neighborhood destinations when it arrived at MSP in 2018. Diners at MSP's Blue Door can choose from all of their favorites, including the iconic Blucy burger, totchos and wings. A full bar and a morning breakfast menu are also offered.
