The Badging Office is closed Saturdays, Sundays and MAC-observed Holidays. Extended hours are temporary and are for appointments only, NO WALK-IN'S DURING EXTENDED HOURS.

SIDA TRAINING CLASS

People attending SIDA training must check-in at the SIDA Training Room on Level 4 (directly below the Badging Office) 30 minutes prior to the start of class.  All attendees must present a Government-issued photo ID in order to take class.  Immediately following SIDA training, all attendees will be required to take an online assessment.  Completion of this assessment is required in order to pick up your badge. Pre-registration is NOT required, it is first-come first-serve.

INTERPRETER SIDA TRAINING

INTERPRETER ASSISTED SIDA CLASSES ARE OFFERED BY APPOINTMENT ONLY     
The employee must be pre-registered with the Learn Center. To register an employee please email apdlearncenter@mspmac.org.  It is the responsibility of the company to provide an interpreter and the interpreter must be a badged employee with a red AOA SIDA or yellow SIDA badge.

JOIN THE BADGING QUEUE
You no longer need to hang around the badging lobby waiting for your number to be called. Now you can join the badging queue from anywhere by texting mspbadging to 612-294-7739 or by clicking on the button below. Shortly before it’s your turn to be served, you will be sent a text alert to your mobile phone. Make sure to use a phone that you will keep with you because you will be texted when it's your turn. (You can also join the queue at the badging office by using the kiosk in the lobby.) Appointments take priority, it is strongly suggested that you make an appointment for badging services.

**Beginning July 27, 2015, badgeholders who present EXPIRED badges to the Badging Office must be fingerprinted, and wait 2-3 weeks for fingerprint results before a new
badge is issued.**
 
LOST OR STOLEN BADGE FEES                                                                                            
1st time - $100**
2nd time - $150**
3rd time - 30-day badge suspension
 
PAYMENT METHODS
Direct Bill - Complete and submit Direct Billing Application
Scan and email to security@mspmac.org (Please allow up to 5 business days to process)
Cash, Check or Credit Cards - checks should be made payable to MAC (Metropolitan Airports Commission) 
* Companies with contracts that are less than 90 days will be required to pay cash or check at the time of service.
* CONTRACTORS: Failure to return a contractor badge to the Badging Office within 30 days of the badge expiration date will result in the assessment of a $200 fee which may be deducted, at MAC’s convenience, against the contractor fee.
** LOST BADGE: If a lost badge is recovered and returned within 30 days of badge expiration, a refund for the replacement fee minus $20 will be issued by mail.
