The MSP Airport Badging Office has provided a list of important phone numbers, email addresses and contact names within the department for tenant use.
The MSP Airport Badging office is located on Level 5 of the Hub Building between the Red and Blue ramps in General Parking.
Most employees at MSP are required to be fingerprinted in order to get a badge. Please follow these steps as a guide.
Hours and Fees The MSP Airport Badging Office has daily office hours, including
specific days and times for fingerprinting, and SIDA class.
This information is extremely important for all employers to have when checking their employee’s identification, before sending them to the Badging Office for fingerprints, or renewals.
Losing a MSP badge can be a very challenging time for employees when they don’t know what to expect.
All employees should renew their badge before it expires. Your MSP badge will expire at 12 midnight, on the date of expiration.

All taxi drivers at MSP are required to visit Landside Operations before stopping out to the Badging Office. MAC’s Landside Operations is located in Terminal 1, on the mezzanine level of the airport.
