Registration now open for MSP employee art show

Calling all artists! Registration is now open for the sixth annual Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) Employee Art Exhibit.

This event, co-sponsored by the Airport Foundation MSP and the National Arts Program, gives MSP Airport employees and their family members an opportunity to display artwork to an international audience. All skill levels and ages are encouraged to participate; youth and teen entries are especially appreciated.

The employee art exhibit will be displayed in the Thomson Reuters Concourse C Art Gallery from Nov. 23 to April 15, 2016. Judges will award cash prizes up to $300 for winners in a variety of categories. Last year's winners can be viewed on the Airport Foundation MSP's website.

To register, create an account then fill out the online registration form. If you've already created an account on the foundation's website, use your existing login information. The deadline to register is Wednesday, October 14.

Printed brochures with registration information are also available at all information booths and at the Travelers Assistance main desk at the entrance to the C and D concourses at Terminal 1-Lindbergh.

Due to expected space constraints, artists are limited to submitting only one piece for the show. All two-dimensional works must be framed before submitting.

Questions regarding the art show can be submitted on the Contact Us page of the Airport Foundation MSP's website.
