Accessibility in Action at MSP 

Employees across the airport are invited to experience firsthand the resources that help make MSP one of the most accessible airports in the country. The Accessibility Fair takes over the Terminal 1 Airport Mall on Wednesday, September 23 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., hosted by MSP’s Travelers with Disabilities Advisory Committee (TDAC) and sponsored by  Customer Service Action Community (CSAC). 

Accessibility at MSP isn't the work of one team –– it's a partnership spanning technology companies, service providers, federal agencies and community organizations.  Nearly 20 partners will be on-site to demonstrate the tools, technology and services available to travelers every day. 

Grab a “Passport to Accessibility,” collect stamps from partners and turn it in for a chance to win one of five $100 gift cards. It's a fun, hands-on way to learn more about accessibility resources, meet the partners behind them and see the everyday impact of MSP's commitment to serving every traveler.
