Employee lane at Terminal 1's north security checkpoint to close

Effective on Saturday, Dec. 13, 2025, MSP Airport employee access at Terminal 1 will change as the north checkpoint employee lane is closing to support the integration of the Transportation Security Administration’s (TSA) Touchless PreCheck technology. 

All airport employees will be required to use the south checkpoint employee lane for entry to Terminal 1. MAC employees and contractors are asked to communicate this change to their teams and co-workers. 

The TSA notes that employees should also plan for possible delays during the transition to the south checkpoint.
