MSP concessions awarded for service

The MAC recently awarded the top-performing concessions at MSP with its annual 5-Star Awards. Winners are determined by scores from secret shoppers who visit retail locations and restaurants to measure components of customer service. The winning businesses provide the top-quality service that passengers recognize as a cut above at MSP.

The winners: Delaware North (best sustainability program), Angel Food Bakery & Donut Bar (best quick-serve restaurant), HMS Host by Avolta (merchant of the year), L’etoile Market (best news and convenience), Kiehl’s (best specialty retail), Wings Credit Union (best passenger service) and Lake Wine Kitchen & Bar (best casual dining restaurant).
