Voices of MSP return for another year of local hospitality
A fresh set of familiar voices are greeting MSP travelers and employees this month as new public address announcements began playing in terminal lobbies, concourses and parking ramps.
Now in its sixth year, the Voices of MSP program invites airport employees to record important public safety and travel announcements, welcoming travelers while showcasing the talent and personality of the MSP team.
This year’s lineup features nine airport employees:
- Jamel Anderson, MSP Airport Firefighter (9/11 anniversary)
- Sam Fuentes, Airport Foundation MSP Visual Arts Manager (parking ramps)
- Todd Laramy, Caribou Director, Operations (moving walkways)
- Loraine Mbyie, Delta Customer Service Agent (baggage carousels)
- Matt Michalski, IHS General Manager, Airport Contracts (unattended baggage)
- Shannon Takao, TSA Senior Transportation Security Manager (trams)
- Emily Weiland, United Ramp Services (automated exits)
- Mike Williams, Southwest Above the Wing Supervisor (Terminal 2 welcome)
- Megan Zimprich, Delta Base Manager, MSP In-Flight Service (311 messaging)
