MSP's Storied History Now on Display in Photographs at Terminal 1-Lindbergh

A 50-year pictorial history of Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) from 1921 to 1971 is on display at Terminal 1-Lindbergh.

The display, “Views Across Time,” is the result of a joint effort of the Metropolitan Airports Commission, Minnesota Historical Society, the NWA History Centre, Inc. and the Airport Foundation MSP, the non-profit organization that administers the airport’s Arts and Culture and Travelers Assistance programs.

Located on Concourse C near TGI Friday’s restaurant, the exhibit features 60 images as well as memorabilia from the Metropolitan Airports Commission and NWA History Centre, Inc. The exhibit was made possible, in part, by a $10,498 Minnesota Legacy Funds Grant from the Minnesota Historical Society.

The exhibit will be on display through September.
