Be inspired at the spring CSAC forum

The spring Customer Service Action Council (CSAC) Forum, “Air Force One,” will be held Thursday, May 31 from 1:30 to 3 p.m. in the Airport Conference Center.

Howie Franklin will talk of his experiences serving as crew for five U.S. Presidents aboard Air Force One. This forum will inspire participants with stories of customer care and hospitality.

No registration is required. All MSP Airport employees are welcome.
