The fall Customer Service Action Council (CSAC) Forum, “Customers: What the Heck Are They Thinking,” will be held Thursday, Sept. 27 from 1:30 to 3 p.m. in the Airport Conference Center.
Presenter Dave Jeffrey, from Interactive Dynamics, has been working with the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) for more than nine years.
Dave has extensive experience guiding airports of all sizes through fun and interactive training sessions. He will emphasize the importance of understanding passengers and guide attendees in how to enhance overall customer service.
No registration is required. All MSP Airport employees are welcome.
