The creativity and skill of MSP airport employees, volunteers, retirees and their families are now on full display as part of the 12th annual "MSP Creates: Airport Community Art Show," which opened Wednesday (Dec. 14) in the Concourse C Art Gallery at Terminal 1 (near Gate C12).
This year, 127 artists submitted 165 works of art.
Nearly 200 people turned out for a reception and ceremony on Dec. 14, 2022, to honor the artists and to find out who would take home one of the 27 awards in the youth, teen, amateur, intermediate and professional categories, as well as who had won best-in-show.
The exhibit, co-sponsored by the National Arts Program, Arts@MSP, Airport Foundation MSP, and the MAC will be on display through May 26, 2023.
