The newest option for all things sushi at MSP is now open in the Terminal 1 food court, where Hissho Sushi is wrapping fresh offerings daily
Located in the center of the bright, airy food court, Hissho Sushi’s broad menu offers varieties of tuna, salmon, crab, shrimp tempura and yellowtail sushi. Salads, soup and saké are also on the menu. The spicy offerings include the Outer Banks Roll, with tuna, salmon, yellowtail, avocado, spicy mayo and sriracha sauce.
Appetizers and a full bar are also offered. Choose bar seating and watch your favorite sports on TV or relax at a table with an expansive view of the airfield.
A cooler full of delicious grab-and-go sushi options are available as well.
